an item I love is sold out! when will you be restocking it?
you can contact us at CustomerService@PearlsGlam.com and we can try to track one down in the company for you. if one is not available we can add you onto a guest request list and contact you as soon as it’s back in stock!

what items are final sale?
some of our pieces are final sale. We do not offer returns or exchanges for personalized items.

Packaging 

do you offer gift wrapping? 
every PearlsGlam order is gift wrapped by hand by one of our amazing team members. if you’d like to further personalize your order, please send your request to CustomerService@PearlsGlam.com or leave a comment in the “notes” section at checkout. 

is your packaging sustainable?
our packaging is designed from recycled, reusable and compostable materials. to minimize package consumption, in our stores, we offer $5 off your purchase if you bring your packaging back to be reused or if you wear your piece out, and opt out of packaging. 

Shipping and Orders

when are orders shipped?
orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 0-3 days of placement, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping time is estimated to be 5-8 days.

what happens after I place my order? 
you will receive an order confirmation email once your order is confirmed. you will also receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is shipped out. 

where does PearlsGlam ship to?
we ship internationally because we believe everyone around the world deserves our lovely products in their life. 

help! can I cancel my order? 
We understand that mistakes can happen. If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us at CustomerService@PearlsGlam.com. We aim to fulfill orders promptly, as we recognize the anticipation that comes with waiting for a package. We will do our best to assist you with your cancellation request.

To help us manage this efficiently, we kindly ask that you submit any cancellation requests promptly, ideally within 24 hours after placing your order. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will gladly process a refund for you.

However, if your order has shipped, please be aware that you will be responsible for the actual return shipping costs. We will issue any applicable refunds to the original credit card used for the purchase.

how much does shipping cost?
