Damages

Upon arrival of your package, we ask that you please check the condition of the packaging. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we are here to help. We will gladly replace it with a new one. To start the exchange process, please send an email to CustomerService@pearlsglam.com within 48 hourss of receiving your order, including a photo of the product's current condition. We will then efficiently process a claim on your behalf and arrange for a refund. We appreciate your cooperation and are committed to making this right for you.

Cancellations & Refunds

To help us manage this efficiently, we kindly ask that you submit any cancellation requests promptly, ideally within 24 hours after placing your order. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will gladly process a refund for you.
However, if your order has shipped, please be aware that you will be responsible for the actual return shipping costs. We will issue any applicable refunds to the original credit card used for the purchase.

Simplified Returns, Your Satisfaction Guaranteed

We're committed to your satisfaction with every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied and wish to return an item within 14 days, we'll happily refund the full purchase price. Please note, the original shipping cost will be subtracted from your refund.

We accept returns on items that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, including all documentation and accessories. Incomplete returns or those not in their original state may incur extra fees or be non-returnable.

For custom or made-to-order items, please be aware that they are not eligible for return or cancellation after the order is confirmed."

Products Not Eligible For Return

- Custom orders (i.e. products that are custom made or made-to-order).

- Special purchases including: clearance products, inventory sale products, custom quotes, special discounts, flash sales, etc.

- Any product that includes a specified material, stone or pearl selection.

- Any product that has been used, worn and/or modified in any way.

- Any product that is not in resalable condition.

- Any product not accompanied by a Return Number issued by www.pearlsglam.com.

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we'll process your credit within approximately 7 business days. Please note that return shipping costs and restocking fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund total. You'll receive a confirmation email once your return is processed, and the refund will be credited to your original payment method, which may take up to 72 hours to appear on your account.

For any inquiries or to initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days at CustomerService@pearlsglam.com. We accepts returns for defective items, incorrect shipments, or if you simply change your mind, all within a 14-day window. We're here to assist you every step of the way.
