Shipping Details

Process time: orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 0-3 days of placement, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Fees and Timing: we offer free shipping on orders over $99. For orders under $99, shipping costs are calculated based on the distance to different destination countries. To get all the details and ensure you're well-informed. 

Under normal circumstances, all packages are expected to arrive within 5-10 business days, although there may be exceptional circumstances that could result in a delayed delivery.

 

Tracking Order Status

You will receive an email confirmation immediately after your purchase, and will also receive an email when your order has shipped. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at customerservice@pearlsglam.com with your name and order number.


Return Policy

We wants you to be happy with your purchase. We will accept return requests for items that have not been used or worn, and the product is still in the same condition it was received. If you're considering a return, please must send your request within 72 hours of the date you received your item and return an item within 14 days, we'll happily refund the full purchase price. Please note, the original shipping cost will be subtracted from your refund.


Refunds

Once we receive your returned product, our team will review your request and inspect the product. We will send you a confirmation email that we have received your product and are processing your request. We will send a follow up email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return is approved.

If approved, within 7 days, a refund will be made to your original form of payment. There may be differences in the refund timeline for all payment companies. It may take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.


Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we're ready to replace it with a new one. To initiate the exchange, please email us at CustomerService@pearlsglam.com within 3 days of delivery, including a photo of the item's condition.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. We will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.


Final Sale Items

If an item is marked “final sale”, it does not qualify for a return and cannot be refunded.
